Craig Nall and his agent, Robb Nelson, said Nall's decision to sign with the Bills was not directly related to inside information that Brett Favre will be returning this year. But Nall didn't hesitate to weigh in on his thoughts about Favre's future in radio interview: "I can only speculate that the longer he waits the more inclined he will be to come back," Nall said. "That’s just my own opinion."

There had been speculation that Nall wouldn't have left the team unless he knew for sure Favre was returning this season. ... Nall's opinion notwithstanding, we still wonder if the Packers' failure to land the kind of free-agent trophies Favre has been waiting for isn't meant to push the veteran superstar even closer to retirement.
