Williams' long-planned move into the Jaguars' starting lineup could soon be complete. The team's No.1 draft pick will start opposite Jimmy SMith in tonight's game with Green Bay. Head coach Jack Del Rio indicated Thursday that the move could be permanent if Williams plays well against the Packers and next week in New England.
