Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The Redskins
reportedly are keen on Britt. The coach who drafted him in Tennessee, Jeff Fisher, currently runs the Rams -- and needs receivers. Then there are the Patriots, who have developed a pipeline to New Jersey in recent years, gobbling up former Rutgers players. Britt played for Bill Belichick’s friend, Greg Schiano, at Rutgers, which would attract New England’s interest. ... Remember: In the early weeks of the 2011 season, it appeared that Britt was destined to become one of the best receivers in the game. With 136 receiving yards in Week 1 and 135 in Week 2, Britt was on his way. And then an ACL tear derailed him. A handful of off-field incidents added to the issues. And last season, Britt caught 11 passes for 96 yards.
