The interest seems to be mutual as Hester is on record as saying he would love to play for the Dolphins. As the Redzone.org notes, Miami definitely needs help in their return game, averaging a pedestrian 7.8 yards on punt returns and 21.5 yards per kick return in 2013. Hester averaged 27.6 yards on 52 kickoff returns last season and is also valuable as a 4th or 5th wideout in the offensive scheme.
