According to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the Rams are hosting Lions free agent Hill Monday.

If signed, Hill would replace Kellen Clemens, who left to replace Charlie Whitehurst in San Diego after Whitehurst went to Tennessee to replace Ryan Fitzpatrick. Hill, 34, has spent the last four years with the Lions, after stints in Minnesota and San Francisco.
