the picture of HC Chip Kelly that was included with the tweet. ... Again, various reports over the last two weeks have indicated the Eagles were willing to entertain offers for Jackson, were actively shopping him and most recently, were willing to release him if they couldn't work out a trade. Even Jackson believed the Eagles would be moving on without him. On Monday, Eagles GM Howie Roseman refused to talk about the team's situation with the wide receiver. "He's still under contract for us," Roseman said. "Until there's anything to report on our players, that's where we are right now. ..." Again, we haven't heard the last of this one.
