ongoing story. ... According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Jones-Drew scheduled to fly to Oakland tonight to visit Raiders on Friday. One source told Schefter there's "a good chance" Oakland signs MJD.

That wouldn't be a horrible landing spot considering the Raiders lead back at this point is Darren McFadden, who has yet to play a full 16-game season after six seasons as a pro. Such a move would also allow Jones-Drew to continue his career in the Bay Area, from where he hails. ... Stay tuned. The Patriots, Steelers, Dolphins and Jets were also said to be in the running (although the Dolphins' signing of Knowshon Moreno all but certainly ends their pursuit of MJD).
