The Facts:
The Patriots have made an informal initial inquiry on Moulds, who has been given permission to seek a trade after the former All-Pro wouldn't take a pay cut.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The Denver Post is reporting that that Moulds' agents contacted the Broncos and four other teams. According to Post beat man Bill Williamson, the Broncos' interest likely will be muted because of the cost, Moulds' age and the fact that the team will likely address its needs at receiver in the draft. The Patriots have lost David Givens, Andre' Davis, Tim Dwight and could still lose Troy Brown. Despite the recent addition of Reche Caldwell, they still need more help on the outside.
