As PFT notes, it’s unclear whether this means he’s leaving Washington, whether it means he’s not signing with the Redskins, or whether it means he’s heading to another NFL city for a visit with a different team. What it definitely means is that: (1) he was there for a while; and (2) now he’s not. ... Meanwhile, as CSNWashington.com's Rich Tandler noted earlier today, it’s important to remember that there is no such thing as being “close” to a deal. Either there is a signed deal in place or there isn’t one. As of right now, there isn’t one. ... That leaves the door open -- to Washington, Oakland, San Franciso and Cleveland.
