The Facts:
Following up on the
ongoing story. ... The Redskins on Monday kicked off their offseason program with "near-perfect" attendance. The workouts are voluntary, and some players did miss the first day. New addition Jackson and veteran cornerback DeAngelo Hall ranked among those absent as both had previously scheduled vacations.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
According to the Post, Jackson is expected to join his teammates later this week, and Hall tweeted that he received clearance from Gruden to take his children to Disney World, but that he will report for duty next Monday. ... The focus here, of course, will be on Jackson,
who signed with the team last week. Up until that point, he was certainly not planning to start OTAs this soon (the Redskins, as one of seven teams with new head coaches, get to crank things up early; the Eagles weren't scheduled to open OTAs until later this month). Don't be surprised if you hear more about his absence as people learn about it. But until we hear the Redskins have a problem with him not showing up on Day 1, fantasy football owners shouldn't get too excited.
