The Facts:
Wayne is on the fast track in his return from October surgery to repair a torn ACL. Appearing on 1260 WNDE in Indianapolis, Wayne said Tuesday that he expects to be cleared for football activities on April 25. "I'm way ahead of schedule," Wayne added. "I feel great."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
That date would put Wayne back on the practice field six months after suffering the injury. Indeed, the 35-year-old fully expects to be ready for training camp in late July. As NFL.com's Chris Wesseling notes, Andrew Luck's aerial attack has the potential to be one of the NFL's best this season, with Wayne and tight end Dwayne Allen returning from injuries and Hakeem Nicks shooting for a bounce-back season. "I'm a fan of (Nicks). We can combine all the winning he's done and we've done and come out with a nice mixture," Wayne said. "He's a big target, great skills, big hands ... I really don't think there are a lot of guys that can cover him. ..." Even if they can, fantasy football owners can expect it to be at least a little more difficult to cover Wayne and T.Y. Hilton.
