The Facts:
Stallworth was jailed in Miami Beach early Saturday morning after police stopped Stallworth for having an expired tag on his 2005 Bentley, The Saints, through spokesman Greg Bensel, said they were aware of the matter. "Our security department is looking into it," Bensel said via e-mail. "Our policy is not to comment about incidents that are under investigation."
