Attorney David Cornwell, who is representing Williams in the halfback's substance abuse appeal in early April, said Monday that he would try to aid the Dolphins so they could get information on the appeal before the draft, the final weekend of April. "That's not a problem," said Cornwell, at the NFL owners meetings.
