The 49ers' holdover quarterback depth chart of Alex Smith, Ken Dorsey, Cody Pickett and re-signed Jesse Palmer, who had a combined 13 starts last season, isn't necessarily the group coach Mike Nolan will stick with in 2006. "It's OK, but I'm always looking for veteran presence on our football team," said Nolan.
