In an e-mail, a Lions official told NFL Network insider Adam Schefter on Tuesday he would not be surprised if Harrington wound up somewhere other than Miami or Cincinnati, the two teams seemingly most interested. "There are strong indications of other teams getting interested as we get closer to the draft," the e-mail said.

While the interest from other teams seems to be picking up momentum, the talks between the Lions and Dolphins are not. The Dolphins haven't budged off their offer of a late-round pick, and the Lions insist they will not trade Harrington for a sixth- or seventh-round draft choice. ... Kansas City, Denver and Arizona appear to be the most likely to emerge if the Dolphins and Bengals come up short.
