Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Baker, originally a 1999 5th-round pick of the Falcons spent four seasons bouncing between Atlanta's active roster and practice squad, seeing action in three games as a rookie and one in his second season. Baker then spent time on both the Bills and Rams practice squads before signing with Carolina in 2003. In two years with the Panthers, he returned 11 punts while playing in a total of four games. ... You shouldn't expect much more of him as a Steeler.
