Lewis is returning to New Orleans this morning, having agreed in principle to a contract with the Saints, according to one of his representatives, Greg Johnson.

Johnson, along with Lewis' attorney, Karl Bernard, hammered out the deal, and Lewis, who was in Orlando, Fla., will be at practice today, though his injured left knee won't allow him to work out. Lewis injured the knee in the Saints' game against the New York Giants on Sept. 18.
