The Facts:
Last month, Hakim took part in Kurt Warner’s charity flag football tournament and spent part of the day telling fellow Cardinals Anquan Boldin and Larry Fitzgerald how well he would fit in in Arizona. A month later, Hakim’s wish may come true. Hakim’s agent, Charles Price, said Tuesday evening he is "very optimistic" Hakim would soon agree to a contract with the Cardinals.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
It not only would give the Cards a return man to replace the departed Reggie Swinton, it would also reunite Hakim and Warner, the quarterback with whom Hakim enjoyed his greatest success when both played for the Rams. His best season was 2000 catching passes from Warner, when he had 53 receptions for 734 yards.
