The Facts:

The Titans have a few more days to respond to a grievance filed last week by the players union on behalf of McNair for barring him from team facilities. For those who haven't been paying attention, most observers view the team's actoin as a step towards releasing the veteran signal caller, who will count for $23.46 million against this year's cap unless the two sides can agree to an extension.
