The Facts:
The Titans have responded to the grievance filed by the NFLPA on behalf of McNair by offering to put him in the hands of a local trainer. The Titans had 10 days to respond to the grievance filed on April 7, after informing the QB they did not want him working out at their facilities until his contract is resolved.

In addition to sending him the name and address of the private trainer, the Titans offered to pay McNair $110 per day (the amount players are paid each day of the off-season program) for each day he worked out with him. ...
