Harrington decided Wednesday he plans to spend his future with the Dolphins, although he has not yet been officially released or traded from the Lions. The Dolphins are offering a sixth-round pick in 2007, a source said. Another source close to Harrington said the Lions are expected to accept the offer, with the deal becoming final before next week's draft.
