Suggs did not practice Monday, raising doubts about his availability for the season opener against the avens. Suggs, who sat out Saturday's preseason finale against the Chicago Bears with a neck "stinger", had little to say in the locker room following practice. Asked if he would play in Sunday's opener, Suggs said, "It's not up to me."
