The Facts:
Bill Parcells and Terrell Owens have an understanding regarding the receiver's participation in the team's off-season conditioning program, owner Jerry Jones said Thursday. "Bill and T.O. have worked that out. Both of them are on the same page as to how he does his workouts and the nature of his workouts. ... I know firsthand that they're on the same page and it's not an issue with either one of them," Jones said.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Owens has not been a regular at the "voluntary" workouts, a program that encourages players to work out four times a week and get in 40 off-season workouts. Owens' initial absences were understood because of a prior commitment, but in the past Owens has preferred to work with his own trainer.
