Williams' attorney, David Cornwell, just informed the NFL Network that his client has been officially suspended for the 2006 season. Cornwell was informed by the league office this afternoon, that Williams lost his appeal for alleged violations of the league's substance abuse policy.  Reported by FootballDiehards.com
