The Dolphins are thinking about the possibility of allowing Williams to play for the CFL's Toronto Argonauts this year while he serves a one-year NFL suspension for substance abuse. Agent Leigh Steinberg talked to a senior member of the Dolphins' management Thursday about letting Williams come to Toronto, which has his CFL rights. Williams and Nick Saban were scheduled to talk last night.
