The Dolphins are thinking about the possibility of allowing Williams to play for the CFL's Toronto Argonauts this year while he serves a one-year NFL suspension for substance abuse. Agent Leigh Steinberg talked to a senior member of the Dolphins' management Thursday about letting Williams come to Toronto, which has his CFL rights. Williams and Nick Saban were scheduled to talk last night. Reported by the Toronto Sun
