The Facts:
Marvin Lewis said that Perry had arthroscopic surgery to clean out a knee on Friday. Perry was in the locker room Saturday on crutches, but declined to talk about the operation. "This has been something that's been lingering with him since last season," Lewis said.  Reported by the Associated Press

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Perry is expected back for training camp, but this is the latest in a long series of injuries (including a pair of sports hernias) requiring minor surgical repair. While he seems capable enough when healthy, those occasions have been few and far apart.
