The Facts:
According to NFL Network insider Adam Schefter, the Titans gave McNair's agent, Bus Cook, permission to negotiate with the Ravens, who it's been widely reported would like to make the veteran signal caller their starting QB this fall. "We're working with [the Titans] and the Ravens," Cook confirmed to the Associated Press.

Schefter went on to suggest that Ravens and McNair are very close to an agreement. The Ravens and Titans, however, aren't -- and the Titans apparently feel like it's too late in the draft to get adequate immediate compensation in return. At this point, a move isn't imminent. ...
