The Facts:
The Titans and Ravens are discussing a trade for McNair, and all that's holding it up is what the Titans will get in return. The two sides were a draft pick away from completing the trade on Sunday. The Titans wanted a fourth-rounder, and the Ravens offered a fifth. Now that the draft is over, however, the value of picks in the 2007 draft has gone up, Titans GM Floyd Reese said.
