The Facts:
During his Monday afternoon press conference head coach Jim Haslett confirmed that Deuce McAllister suffered a high-ankle sprain, adding that the star halfback will miss 5-6 weeks. McAllister is currently on crutches and wearing a protective boot no the injured leg.

Haslett added that Aaron Stecker and Ki-Jana Carter will be "packaged" up in an attempt to replace McAllister, with both veteran backups being used in ways that best take advantage of their individual talents.
