The Facts:
The Texans added seven players this past weekend through the annual league draft. On Wednesday, they made more personnel moves by releasing 10 players, including running back Jason Anderson, kicker Hayden Epstein and Norris. Reported by HoustonTexans.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Norris appeared in all 16 games for the Texans last season, starting five of them. The recent signing of former Buc Jameel Cook apparently made Norris expendable. .. The team now has 69 players on its active roster. RB Jonathan Wells and tight end Marcellus Rivers are unrestricted free agents. The Texans also have nine players allocated to NFL Europe.
