The Facts:
Apparently, the Lions have had a change of heart when it comes to Rogers. Word is they are going to give Rogers a chance at being a featured receiver in Mike Martz 's system. We won't see Rogers going over the middle for 4 and 5 yards this season. Instead, he'll go deep downfield and catch the kind of touchdowns that made him famous at Michigan State.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
As News staffer Rob Parker correctly pointed out, Rogers has the speed and hands to handle such a role. But we're still not convinced he has the attitude and mental toughness necessary to excel under the detail-oriented Martz and hardnosed head coach Rod Marinelli. In this case, we hope Parker is right and we're wrong.
