Foster uttered a statement he hasn't always been able to make. "It's 100 percent, no soreness," Foster said of the surgically repaired ankle he injured in a playoff game in Chicago in January.

Foster, who isn't taking part in team drills during this weekend's mini-camp, said he had been able to cut and run at full speed for about two weeks. The Panthers, however, aren't going to rush him or take any chances with the player they expect to be their featured running back this season and at this point, the priority seems to be making sure Foster is 100 percent for the start of the season.
