The Facts:
The Dolphins and the Lions have been in discussions during the weekend that could result in Harrington being traded to the team in time to begin organized training activities in Miami by May 15, according to two sources. The Dolphins pulled an offer earlier this week and were prepared to wait until Harrington gets cut in June to sign him. However, both sides appear to have relented. Reported by the Miami Herald

The Dolphins had originally offered a seventh-round pick this year, then offered the pick in 2007. It's unknown what the deal might be at this point. ... It should be noted that at least one local report out of Detroit indicates the Lions are still exploring the possibility of trading Harrington to a team other than the Dolphins. ...
