The Facts:
That Warrick has used the first four days of offseason practice to show coaches he's up to speed this season is a promising sign for a team that needs a punt returner and lost Joe Jurevicius in free agency. "He's stronger," OC Gil Haskell said of Warrick. "He's running better, and so then he's able to relax and his real abilities come out."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Warrick caught only 11 passes in 2005 and he was still limping during his first couple months with the Seahawks as he continued to recover from a knee injury. Now healthy, Warrick weighs 197 pounds, which is about eight pounds lighter than last season when his injured knee limited his conditioning. He said he hopes to weigh 190 pounds when the season begins. Even if he's truly over the physical problem, Warrick still needs to prove his mind is right.
