According to observers, McNabb looked sharp in his first practice, rolling to his left and throwing across his body without any pain. McNabb said he expected to feel some soreness and tightness while insisting he would be ready to play in the preseason. "It feels great right now," he said. So does his relationship with his teammates, even though some lobbied for Owens' return. "There was never a point where I felt I was losing my teammates," he added.
