The Facts:
The Texans are starting organized team activities (OTAs), which will take place four days each week until their first mini-camp begins June 7. The entire roster is expected to attend this week's sessions, with just a few sitting out because of lingering injuries from last season. The most noticeable absence will be Davis, who underwent arthroscopic knee surgery last December.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Davis will return as the starter, has missed time in each of his three seasons with injuries. Last season, inflammation in his knee sidelined him for five games. He finished the season on injured reserve. At this point, there's no reason to believe he won't be at full speed when training camp opens. ... Antowain Smith, Vernand Morency and rookie Wali Lundy will pick up the slack until Davis joins in on the fun.
