Clayton is noticeably thinner and said his current weight is 212, down from the 225 he weighed when he reported to training camp last year. "It's a whole lot easier on your body," Clayton said. "It's a big difference when you can stop on a dime and come out of your cuts. The lighter you are, with the muscle mass, the more explosive you're going to get."

Clayton, who underwent knee surgery immediately after the season, said he is at 100 percent now, and he is ready to put in some work. Clayton's goal is to regain his rookie form, when he became the team's No. 1 receiver. "I really feel that I didn't get the best of what I was supposed to my second year in the league, and I just want to regain that. ..." More power to him.
