Droughns was released on $2,500 bail today after he was arrested in a domestic violence case. He faces charges of third-degree assault and harassment. Conviction on the assault charge, a class 1 misdemeanor, would carry a penalty of six to 18 months in jail. Conviction on the harassment charge, a class 3 felony, would carry a penalty of up to six months in jail.
