Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Williams will receive a one-year deal worth $240,000 and is expected to begin practicing with Toronto today. The deal was worked out after the CFL essentially voided the option year that is included in most CFL contracts. In addition, Steinberg said he and Williams gave the Dolphins a ''promise'' that he would return to the NFL as soon as he could. ... Hey, idle hands are the devil's workshop. As long as he avoids injury, the CFL will keep Williams busy and cashing paychecks until he can return to Miami.
