The Facts:
Plummer pleaded not guilty Thursday to municipal charges in a road rage dispute. Plummer was issued a summons to face a misdemeanor violation of "injure or destroy property," similar to criminal mischief under state law. Plummer has denied the claim, saying he was in a hurry to get to a charity event and talking on a cell phone as he drove.

This development might be most interesting in that Plummer is fighting the charge after Mike Shanahans suggested his QB "take the high road. ..." Nonetheless, the case will be an ongoing issue; at this point it's hard to imagine it rising above minor distraction status.
