The Facts:
Jones, who was thought to be unhappy with his contract, reported to the Bears training facility to undergo his physical, one team official said. This means that when the Bears hit the field Friday for their weekend mini-camp, Jones is expected to be an active participant. Some suspected he might not be.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Not only was Jones unhappy with his contract, but other teams had been making inquiries about his availability. The Bears have maintained that they never have shopped Jones, but have listened to offers that have come in for him. Some did, but none were thought to be as good as the third-round pick the Bills received last year for Travis Henry. As NFL Network insider Adam Schefter suggested, Jones has been a more dependable back than Henry, yet the Bears have been unable to recoup the same value. Without it, they are unwilling to deal him.
