The Facts:
Palmer won't participate in team drills during the club's full squad mini-camp Thursday through Saturday. But his rapid rehabilitation from Jan. 10 left knee surgery seems to have Palmer on course to reaching his goal of starting the Sept. 10 season opener at Kansas City.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Asked specifically how his knee is doing, Palmer told Daily News staffer Chick Ludwig: "I do more and more every day. As my leg gets stronger, I get the leash let out a little bit on me and I can do different (individual) drills. ..." Palmer added that he's itching to play, but won't rush his return this summer. That said, Palmer and Marvin Lewis both believe the QB will be Cincy's opening-day starter.
