The Facts:
Henry turned himself in at the Kenton County Justice Center around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday after the District Court Clerk issued an arrest warrant for the receiver in the morning. The clerks office said he is wanted for three counts of unlawful transaction with a minor. Court officials said the charges stem from giving several underage girls alcohol. They also indicated that there may be more charges to come.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
This is the latest incident in a series for the troubled receiver. In the past few months, Henry has been charged with drug possession, operating a vehicle under the influence and unlawful possession of a firearm. The Bengals have repeatedly said they'll address these issues once all charges have been adjudicated. Perhaps Henry has decided that additional chargers -- and ongoing criminal proceedings -- are the only way he'll remain on the team.
