The Facts:
Griffin only played three snaps, all on kickoff returns, Monday night. The final runback to open the second half was when Griffin suffered what head coach Mike Shanahan described as a possible tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in the running back's right knee. Shanahan stressed that was a preliminary diagnosis by team trainer Steve Antonopulos and could change.
