Because of the lack of proven wide receivers and because of the presence of second-year running back Ryan Moats, the Eagles could wind up lining up Westbrook as a receiver even more than they have in other seasons. But the Eagles simply want to get Westbrook the ball.

According to NFL Network insider Adam Schefter, "This is the season that this Eagles running back will be spreading his wings. ..." Of course, he'll have to play all 16 games to do so.
