Prosecutors offered Plummer a plea deal to settle municipal charges in an alleged road rage incident, a police spokesman said Thursday. City attorney Dugan Comer made the plea offer during a private pretrial conference, said Englewood police investigator John Hoehler. "An offer was made, and Jake's attorney was going to discuss it with his client," Hoehler said.

In May, Plummer was issued a misdemeanor municipal summons of "injure or destroy property," similar to criminal mischief under state law.
