The Texans signed rookie draft picks Wali Lundy and David Anderson to deals on Thursday. Lundy, a 5-10, 214-pound running back, was the Texans' sixth-round pick; Anderson, a 5-9, 194-pound wide receiver, was a seventh-round pick.
