Negotiations with the Titans and their top draft pick, Young, will begin face-to-face Thursday, and Young's agent said Tuesday he expects the quarterback will be signed in time for the start of training camp. "I'm pretty confident we'll get it done," Major Adams said. "I'll be in Nashville on Thursday, and then I'll stay until it's done."
