According to Tribune staffer Roy Cummings, in terms of simply improving as a pass catcher, Williams already has made a lot of progress. "I'm very, very proud of the way he went about his business this offseason," running backs coach Art Valero said. "We went back to square one with him in terms of just learning the offense, working on individual techniques and learning passing routes. ..." Williams also worked dilligently on his blocking technique. ... Hey, anything that keeps Cadillac on the field longer is okay with us.
