The Facts:
Jones has told coaches and teammates he will report to training camp by the midnight Wednesday deadline. The Bears' first mandatory practice is at noon Thursday.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
"I would definitely be surprised if we had a holdout for training camp," Lovie Smith said June 21. That date marked the Bears' final organized team activity, a series of voluntary workouts that Jones skipped from April on because of dissatisfaction with his contracts. That absence prompted Smith to demote Jones to mostly second-team repetitions at the mandatory mini-camp June 2-4. ... But Jones is a known workout fiend and reported to the mandatory mini-camp in visibly good shape. How he handles watching Benson take most of the first-team carries -- if that's how it plays out -- will be interesting to monitor.
